Job Description
Focused Staffing Group is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic educators to join our team for the 2025–26 school year as Special Education Teachers. We are looking for a compassionate Special Education Teacher to provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) Endorsement or eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and data-driven teaching practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and support personnel
- Experience managing both inclusive and self-contained classroom settings
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital learning tools
- Successful completion of required criminal history background check
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
