Job Description
Focusing Staffing Group is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. The role involves designing and delivering individualized instruction, developing IEPs, and collaborating with teachers and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement, or eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, accommodations, and modifications
- Experience with inclusive, resource, and self-contained classroom models
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital learning tools
