Job Description
Focused Energy is developing NeoLyte, a compact laser-driven radiation source (LDRS) based on high-power laser technology. They are seeking a Senior Optical Engineer to conceptualize and develop optical systems for their product roadmap, leading projects and collaborating across disciplines. This role involves design, testing, validation, and innovation within the field of optical technology.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and validating advanced optical systems.
- Expertise in optical design principles, materials, coatings, and testing methods.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.
- Solid knowledge of precision mechanics and opto-mechanical design principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
