Bar Manager

As Bar Manager, you will oversee the full scope of Shaver Hall’s beverage program—ensuring operational excellence, team development, and an elevated guest experience across all bar outlets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bar management experience in high-volume, multi-bar, or luxury hospitality environments
• Strong understanding of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire bar teams
• Deep knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Experience creating and costing cocktail menus to maintain profitability and brand consistency
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must hold or obtain required Manager Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications
• Proficiency in POS and inventory management software (e.g., Craftable, Fintech, or similar)
