Job Description
Fooda is seeking a Catering Manager for each client location to manage relationships with clients, maintain quality catering services, and oversee event coordination. The role focuses on providing superior food and service, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and fostering internal team development.
Requirements
- Coordinate and oversee internal catering events.
- Establish and maintain client and customer rapport.
- Negotiate new menus with restaurant partners.
- Recruit and train catering staff.
- Oversee set up and cleanup of all catering events.
- Ensure compliance with government and agency standards.
