Requirements
- 3+ years of GDS ticketing experience, with both Phase IV exchange and manual commission calculation experience (Sabre strongly preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a tactful and empathetic communication style
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage a high volume of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Highly organized and process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
