The role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract free users to paid subscriptions, analyze user behavior, design targeted campaigns, and maintain a seamless transition from free to paid. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics to optimize the user experience and accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and improving free-to-paid conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the SaaS or B2B space is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
