Job Description
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Master Black Belt - Lean Process Improvement Manager to lead and mentor Lean and Six Sigma teams in manufacturing plants. This role focuses on implementing and leading the Lean and Six Sigma strategy, mentoring people, and improving processes within the Ford Production System. No Visa Sponsorship is currently provided.
Requirements
- Implement and lead Ford North America's Lean and Six Sigma strategy.
- Mentor Plant Leadership, Black Belts, and Green Belts in Lean and Six Sigma problem solving.
- Instruct on Ford Production System Standards and Lean Principles.
- Manage and mentor Continuous Improvement Specialists in Kaizen projects.
- Support continuous improvement and waste elimination via Kaizen and Six Sigma projects.
