Job Description
Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects across NG manufacturing and packaging lines. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements. Train and mentor staff on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
