Job Description
Forescout Technologies, Inc. is a global cybersecurity leader seeking a strategic and business-focused Customer Success Manager to join their high-energy team. The ideal candidate will own relationships with strategic customers, ensure they achieve desired outcomes, and partner with sales, product management, engineering, professional services, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Establish relationships with customers through regular meetings
- Create and implement customer success plans
- Create customer deliverables (QBRs, upgrade plans)
- Coordinate activities with assigned Adoption Engineer
- Ensure customers see ROI from Forescout
- Lead product lifecycle of consumption from concept through adoption
- Partner with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
- Proactively manage account escalations
