Job Description
Forgen is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the implementation and administration of the Forgen Safety and Health Program. This role focuses on supporting projects, conducting audits, developing plans, supervising Safety and Health Supervisors/Technicians, and ensuring consistent compliance with safety regulations. The Safety Manager will also work closely with project management to ensure safety is prioritized in all activities.
Requirements
- Lead, Manage and be Accountable (LMA) for their direct reports.
- Drive a safety culture that promotes incident and injury free performance.
- Develop and implement effective safety and health policies.
- Conduct air sampling, monitoring, data logging, and basic IH tasks.
