Job Description
Forgen is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the implementation and administration of the company's Safety and Health Program. This role involves coordinating projects, conducting audits, developing plans, supervising safety/health employees, and ensuring compliance. The Safety Manager will also focus on promoting safety culture and identifying training opportunities.
Requirements
- Lead and manage direct reports.
- Responsible for driving a safety culture.
- Provide Safety and Health support to project teams.
- Conduct safety training and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions.
- Administer air sampling, monitoring, data logging, and basic IH tasks.
