Customer Success Associate

Forma is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support standard customers through proactive engagement, customer health monitoring, and coordinated support across internal teams.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable working within defined processes
• Ability to recognize when a customer needs assistance
• Familiarity with using customer data
• Solid understanding of core product functionality
