Senior Customer Support Advocate

We're looking for a friendly, patient, and kind-hearted person to join our world-class Customer Support Team. You will provide immediate support to our customers via various channels and help shape the future roadmap of our product. The role is remote and full-time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product/Customer Support omnichannel services: chat, phone, and email.
• 1+ years of experience working at a B2B/B2C SaaS company.
• Experience in Intercom and Zendesk.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
