Channel Team Manager

The Channel Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) focused on building and promoting Fortinet’s cybersecurity position. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with partners, driving new business, and aligning with Fortinet’s channel programs to manage revenue and develop alliances with key stakeholders. The manager will also train the team and monitor partner performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing channel sales team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strategic business planning expertise.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity market and Fortinet product portfolio.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a two-tier distribution channel sales partner model.
• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field (preferred).
