Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Director of Quality Management to drive product quality improvement. The role involves managing projects, identifying quality issues, leading root cause analysis, and improving internal and external customer satisfaction. The position requires a passionate and proactive individual with a strong background in quality management and project leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT, Telecommunication or related industry
- 5+ years of team and project management experience with process and quality improvement focus
- Strong people management experience
- Solid background in hardware and software engineering
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience in identifying product failure modes
- Previous experience in managing QMS and ISO 9001 audit
