Job Description
Fortinet is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing business. The role focuses on improving product quality through NPI to after sale, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a VPQA and strong problem solver capable of leading teams and improving processes. The position is based in Burnaby BC, Canada.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT, Telecommunication or related industry
- 5+ years team and project management experience with process and quality improvement focus
- Strong people management experience
- Solid background in hardware and software engineering
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in creating quality metrics and analyzing process performance
- Previous hands-on experience in identifying product failure modes and conducting root cause analysis
- Previous experience in managing QMS, leading/participating ISO audit
