Senior Technical Support Specialist

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, OSX, Unix/Linux)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI tools (desirable)
• Work experience with data networking products and/or security products
• Strong communication skills
