Senior Technical Support Specialist

Fortinet is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, technical help, and contribute to the success of their growing Global Customer Success and Support function. This role will focus on troubleshooting, escalation, and providing education to Fortinet customers and partners, particularly around FortiGate. Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical support or system administration role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent training)
• Deep understanding of operating systems – Windows, OSX, Unix/Linux
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with security products (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, virus scanning)
• Strong communication skills
