Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer and partner support on their cybersecurity solutions, especially FortiGate products. This role involves troubleshooting, recommending solutions, providing customer education, and managing technical cases until resolution. The successful candidate will contribute to a growing customer success function and support internal development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or system administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related field
- Deep working knowledge of operating systems - Windows, OSX, Unix/Linux
- Experience with security products - firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience using AI tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in the office 3-5 days a week
- Possibility of on-Call rotation
