Requirements
- 7–10 years of hands-on Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience recruiting Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer talent across multiple levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize roles to meet urgent business needs
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently
