Fortinet is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their growing TAC team in EMEA. This role involves providing technical support to partners and customers, troubleshooting real-time issues, and reporting software/hardware problems to the R&D department. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has in-depth knowledge of networking/security principles.
Requirements
- Fluent English and other CEE languages
- 10+ years of experience in networking or security industry
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP
- Hands on experience with firewalls/IPS/Mail Security Gateways
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Positive, communicative and customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work in multicultural team environment
- Quick learner
- In-depth knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Good knowledge of authentication protocols and methods
- Familiar with web application security (exploits preferred)
- Knowledge of scripting / programming / automation
- Fortinet certification (NSE4 Fortigate Adminsitrator) and related knowledge
