Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking an Assistant Casino Shift Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the cardroom during assigned shifts. The role involves ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, promoting exceptional guest service, and supporting team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Strong Knowledge of all Casino Table Games
- Minimum of 10 years Casino games experience
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience
- Ability to work any shift and handle multiple tasks
- Able to pass mandatory screening including a background and credit check, and drug test
- Able to obtain and maintain a Key License through the California Gambling Commission and a City License
- Computer skills with the ability to use computers and related technology to perform fundamental tasks
- Skilled problem solver
- Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in customer relations
- Possesses knowledge and experience of best practices, laws and regulations, policies and procedures specific to the gaming industry
- Able to read, analyze and interpret procedures, professional journals and government regulations
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers or upper management
