Relief Casino Shift Manager

The Relief Casino Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the casino on assigned shifts, including supervising personnel, maintaining excellent customer relations, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly, warm and courteous manner
• Maintain integrity of the games
• Supervise all Casino personnel
• Work with Food and Beverage, Security and Cashier's Cage to maintain the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency
• Maintain excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills
• Abide by and adhere to all Human Resources and Company policies and procedures
• Make all final gaming decisions
• Authorize complimentary meals to players and guests
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned
• Develop and coordinate ongoing training for floor personnel
• Promote games, call and invite players from outside the Casino for Casino gaming and functions
• Hold daily pre-shift meetings with gaming staff
• Generate and e-mail daily shift manager's reports
• Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts
