Job Description
The Construction Project Manager works with Gordian's New York City Project Management team performing project development and construction management services for NYC School Construction Authority. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including coordination of work with all stakeholders, overseeing construction activities, review and processing of contractor payments, maintaining the project schedule, site safety inspection, project tracking and reporting, managing communication between all stakeholders, project closeout and transfer.
