Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to translate complex business goals into working, adopted solutions, and help them improve how they protect people and the environment, manage risk, and operate responsibly at scale.

Requirements

• Ability to work directly with customers to lead conversations, earn trust, and navigate competing priorities
• Experience delivering SaaS implementations or complex technical projects, including requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Ability to break down messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into structured plans and decisions
• Understanding of scope, timelines, and quality, and ability to hold the line when tradeoffs appear
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior customer leaders
• Ownership: ability to lean in when something goes wrong, not away
