SaaS Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant will partner with customers to translate complex business goals into working, adopted solutions, guiding them from discovery to go-live and helping them make smart decisions about scope, design tradeoffs, and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience delivering SaaS implementations or complex technical projects, including requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Ability to break down messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into structured plans and decisions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership and lean in when things go wrong
• Deep platform expertise: advanced configuration patterns, integrations, data flows, and solution design judgment
• Outcome-driven consulting instincts: connecting customer goals to adoption, behavior change, and measurable value
• Executive presence: framing tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly for senior stakeholders
• Systems thinking: understanding how delivery decisions affect sales, product, customer success, and long-term growth
• Delivery leadership: influencing without authority, guiding customers through uncertainty, and setting direction under pressure
