Scrum Master

Accruent is seeking a Scrum Master to provide servant-leadership to Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, drive meaningful impact, and be part of a team that is energized, united, and building something extraordinary.

Requirements

• Scrum Master Certification or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development and 3 or more in a Scrum Master role
• Must have served as a Scrum Master for global development teams
• Demonstrated 5+ yrs of experience in delivering software products
• Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is required and can demonstrate a thorough understanding of PI Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
• Active Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (CSM)
• Has participated in 3 or more PI Planning Sessions
• Has extensive knowledge of other Agile development approaches and practices such as TDD, BDD, etc.
• Experience with Jira project management tools and implementation of best practices
