Requirements

• Completed studies in medical/nursing pedagogy or nursing science (Bachelor's degree with intention for Master's degree) and training as a healthcare nurse, geriatric nurse or pediatric nurse, occupational therapist, speech therapist, physical therapist
• Completed Master’s degree (or comparable degree) in nursing pedagogy, or a degree in diploma pedagogy, diploma psychology or diploma sociology with proof of pedagogical aptitude as well as professional and/or experience in nursing
• Joy in practical teaching
• Reliability, commitment and organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
