Job Description
This non-profit Development Manager role is the 'face' of the Foundation Fighting Blindness organization, responsible for the revenue, volunteer management, and planned activities for volunteer chapters across the Pacific Northwest (San Francisco, Seattle, and Oregon). The position involves building relationships with donors, stakeholders, and volunteers, leveraging fundraising events, and contributing to strategic planning. It's a key position supporting fundraising goals and community engagement.
Requirements
- Fundraising experience with 3+ years
- Volunteer recruitment, leading, and motivating groups
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to travel 20-25%
