Job Description
The Foundation for Catholic Education seeks a Database & Robotics Program Coordinator to oversee database management and support the Robotics program delivery in Catholic elementary schools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mission-driven, and has experience in database management and program coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2–4 years of experience in database management, CRM systems, or program coordination
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and donor databases (experience with Blackbaud preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in STEM education and experience working with school-based programs a plus
- Knowledge of coding preferable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility and initiative
- Mission-aligned with a passion for Catholic education and student enrichment
