Job Description
The Foundation for Catholic Education is seeking a full-time Development Coordinator to oversee and expand our TuitionCare program, a community-based initiative that connects local taxpayers and Catholic school families to support tuition assistance through the EITC program as well as partner with our Vice President of Development to raise funds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, program coordination, or development
- 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred
- Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Blackbaud or other donor databases a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with school leaders, donors, and volunteers; occasional local travel required
- Strong alignment with the mission of Catholic education and a passion for community-centered impact
