Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews, send correspondence to candidates, and enter confidential data related to candidates and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Prior experience with travel coordination and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers
- Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
