Job Description
FoundeverTM is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join their Recruitment team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact between the company and potential candidates, driving innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to meet daily/weekly targets in a high-pressure environment.
- C1 English level.
