Requirements

• Manage and triage incoming demo requests, website questions, and general lead inquiries
• Support prospecting, cultivation, conference outreach, and closing deal tasks
• Create and maintain sales resources and templates
• Maintain and update documentation, CRM records, and internal systems
• Assist the sales team with operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow
• Support client-facing communications when needed, maintaining professionalism and clarity
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
