Human Resources- Internship

Four Inc. is seeking an Intern to support the Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR systems.

Requirements

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and internal tracking systems
• Assist with HR reporting and system and employee file audits
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Participate in HR meetings, projects, and training sessions
