Job Description
We're looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and people operations. This role requires someone who can communicate confidently with candidates, employers, and team members - both in person and online.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable conducting interviews
- Relationship builder
- Creative thinker
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and digital tools
- Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passionate about people, talent development, and creating opportunities for youth
- Must hold own visa (student, family, or residence visa)
