Job Description
As the Case Manager you will be responsible for the planning and treatment of individual children, a family, or assigned groups by performing a variety of regular tasks, including developing a care plan and coordinating internal and external activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or a degree in a human services related field
- Two years of experience in child welfare
- Master's Degree in Human Services
- Prior experience in working with Foster and Adoptive families
