Foster Care Case Manager/Social Worker

Requirements

• Participate in staff development opportunities and maintain child welfare certification through on-going training.
• Work cooperatively with our team of case managers and maintain relationships with supervisory staff, community resource providers with children and families.
• Accurately complete case notes on a continual basis which are factual, up to date and descriptive.
• Prepare for and attend all court activities as necessary.
