Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Pavyllon team. The role involves overseeing the pastry section, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining environment, ideally in a Michelin-starred kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
- Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, organise, and lead effectively
