Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Operating Engineer to operate, maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems, as well as other related equipment. The individual must be certified as an Operating Engineer and have experience with HVAC plant operations, Building Management Systems and minor plumbing.
Requirements
- Certified as an Operating Engineer
- 3-5 years' experience in HVAC plant operations
- Experience with Building Management Systems
- Knowledge of water treatment procedures
- Knowledge of plumbing experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and various shifts
- Ability to use Windows PC, tablet or mobile device
- Ability to communicate with manager
