Job Description
Our client's regional growing Creditors Rights law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage all legal processes from inception through post judgment remedies.
Requirements
- 0-3 years experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations.
- J.D. from accredited law school with active license to practice law in VA.
- License to practice law in other states (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage (optional).
