Job Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal representation, treat all clients with fairness and respect, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 0-3 years experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation
- J.D. from an accredited law school with an Active license to practice law in VA
- Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding Time Management skills
Benefits
- $85,000 - $95,000 USD Annually
- Sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for qualified candidates
