Human Resources Generalist

Fox TV Stations is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate various human resources tasks for their San Francisco duopoly station. The ideal candidate will have strong business ethics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a minimum of three years of relevant HR experience.

Requirements

• Verify and maintain data in HR Information System - Workday
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to review and update job descriptions
• Aid in the recruitment process
• Oversee new employee orientations and onboarding procedures
• Manage the I-9 verification process
• Act as a connector between employees and the benefits department
• Support the administration of leave policies
• Provide assistance with the performance appraisal process
• Organize various appointments and events
