Reliability Engineer

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) Engineer to design, implement, and execute reliability testing plans for enterprise-class server and storage systems. This role involves testing system performance under various conditions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in reliability, test engineering, or related field
• Experience running ORT testing, including environmental temperature/humidity chambers and burn-in environments
• Proficiency with environmental test equipment and methodologies
• Strong understanding of server architecture
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills
