Reliability Manager

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) Manager. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing reliability testing for enterprise-class server and storage systems. The position involves leading testing activities, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to improve server architectures and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability or test engineering roles, preferably with enterprise/AI server and storage platforms.
• Strong understanding of server architecture.
• Proficiency with environmental test equipment and methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
• Leadership and communication skills.
