Requirements
- Own conversion rate optimization for 1–2 e-commerce brands
- Plan, prioritize, and run split tests across key pages and funnels
- Drive continuous improvement in conversion rate, AOV, and overall profitability
- Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to identify opportunities
- Build clear test hypotheses and maintain a structured testing roadmap
- Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to execute tests
- Monitor experiment performance and turn insights into next actions
- Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders
