Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for calling on mid-market businesses to present Paycom's all-in-one human capital management platform. The representative will need to have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strategic closing approaches. The role requires a bachelor's degree and consistent experience working toward a personal or professional goal.

• Consistent experience working toward a personal or professional goal
• Experience in formal leadership positions within social or professional organizations
