Job Description
This Preconstruction Manager role supports the preconstruction phase of assigned construction projects. The PM ensures accurate cost estimation, manages bidding, coordinates subcontractor work, and manages communication with clients and project teams. The role involves team coordination, client engagement, and adhering to FCC standards.
Requirements
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
- Work closely with project teams and trade partners.
- Manage bidding and project pricing.
- Evaluate trade partner bids.
- Maintain accountability.
- Proficient in preconstruction technology (Bluebeam, Procore, Building Connected).
