Job Description
The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction phase for construction projects. This includes team leadership, estimating, bid management, subcontractor selection, and collaboration with clients and subcontractors. The SPM will ensure accurate project delivery and address critical project goals.
